This area has the reputation for being one of the sunniest regions in France. Puy du Fou, Futuroscope and the Brandy house of Cognac are all easy day trips.

The kitchen. A modern Solid oak fitted kitchen with oak worktops, electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dish washer, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, full range of cookware and utensils. The dining area has Dining table and seating for 8 people.

Living area. The lounge area has 2 comfortable Sofas and chairs and will seat 8 people. Inset fire, UK satellite TV. Hi-fi/CD player, DVD player. Wireless internet access. Air conditioning for those sultry nights.

Bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and is en-suite. A second double bedroom with Wardrobe and bedside tables, drawer unit. 2 twin rooms, with Wardrobe, bedside tables and drawer units. Duvets, pillows are provided and linen can be provided at a small fee.

Bathroom and Toilets. Family bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin & WC, the en-suite shower room has a Shower, hand basin & WC.

Garden and outdoor facilities. Private secluded lawned garden with newly planted shrubs and small trees. Private covered terrace with dining table and seating for 8 people. Gas BBq . Sun loungers. Childrens play area with swings, trampoline and a sandpit. 8 bicycles for your use and a full size table-tennis table. Heated 10m x 5m swimming pool with accompanying sun terrace. Adjacent to the pool, a games room, with a full size snooker table, darts and other indoor games.

Miscellaneous. Tiled floors and luxury natural wood finishes throughout. All services are included i.e. water heating & electricity. Hypermakets and shops are to be found in the neighbouring towns of La Mothe (7km) and Aizenay (12km), as well as a variety of authentic country bars and restaurants in the surrounding villages. An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available.

Location. The area is only three hours drive from the port of St. Malo, 4.5 hours from Ouistream (Caen) and 5.5 hrs from Cherbourg]. Nearest Airports La Rochelle, Poitiers & Nantes are served by most of the low cost airlines and car hire is available at these airports. Golden safe sandy beaches are approx 20 mins by car.

Activities. St Giles Croix de Vie offers numerous restaurants, beach pleasure port, boat trips, Les Sables d' Olonne has a zoo, restaurants, water sports. You are only 20min's from the sandy beaches of Bretignolles and Brem-sur-mer. You will find numerous activates in the surrounding area, Biking, Boating, Cinema, Fishing, Golf, Hiking, Horse Riding, Night Club, Restaurant, Sailing, Water Sports and Zoo/Wildlife Park
