This small friendly complex consists of 4 bedrooms en-suite in 2 adjoining cottages* sleeping up to 14 and a deceptively spacious 3 bedroom mobile home sleeping 4/8.

The property is located a few minutes drive from the coast near the small village of St Urbain, Nr. Beauvoir sur Mer and St Jean de Monts in the north west of the Vendee.

Traveling to the Vendee couldn't be easier, there are excellent road connections to the northern ferry ports as well as a number of well known low cost airlines regularly flying into Nantes and La Rochelle airports

The property is situated in the north west Vendee close to the island of Noirmoutier about 5 minutes from Beauvoir sur Mer and St Jean de Monts. Boasting a climate near to that of the southern Mediterranean coast and without the long drive you are sure of a welcoming and relaxed holiday.

With a wealth of pretty seaside towns and harbours with excellent seafood restaurants, the Vendee region of France has long been a favourite with the French. Within easy reach of many attractions there is something for all the family close by.
So you can do as much or as little as you like.

Golden, safe sandy award winning beaches of the Atlantic coast is just 5 mins by car.

Well located for a number of very high class competition standard golf courses. Cycling, Surfing, sailing, fishing, horse riding, walking and go-karting to name just a few are all available nearby.

You can sample a wealth of local produce, freshly caught fish and a variety of shellfish at many of the villages and towns regular weekly markets and summer festivals.
