The area is only three hours drive from the port of St. Malo,
4.5 hours from Ouistream (Caen)
and 5.5 hrs from Cherbourg].
It is close to the west coast of France. Picturesque La Rochelle and popular resorts such as La Tranche sur Mer and Les Sables D'Olonne are less than an hour's drive away.

The facilities

The fitted kitchen is very well equipped; it has electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ample storage and work surfaces . In the conservatory/dining area you will find an extendable table with chairs leading to the enclosed rear garden. The Lounge area has comfortable chairs TV & DVD player.

Each bedroom is fully equipped with quilts and pillows, well furnished .

2 Adult size bikes are available to use along with a selection of books, board games, DVDs & CD's

Well located for a number of very high class competition standard golf courses Cycling, sailing, fishing, horse riding and go-karting all available nearby.

Popular hypermarkets LeClerc and Hyper U and a wide range of shops are to be found in Fontenay le Comte. Visit the Chateau and the Saturday market or just walk along the banks of the river Vendee.
